Shelf talkers and strips
Small printed cards or long strips that clip into the shelf edge price channel. They carry an offer, a benefit line or a new product flag right next to the product.
Best for Supermarkets, pharmacies and convenience stores
Signs that work at the shelf, the aisle end and the till. We print, cut and pack POS kits so your stores can put them up the same morning.
Retail POS signage is the printed material placed where shoppers decide to buy: shelf talkers, wobblers, price boards, gondola end headers, hanging promo boards and counter displays. In the UAE it is usually printed on PVC, foam board, polypropylene or acrylic, bilingual in Arabic and English, and changed with each promotion cycle.
Most buying decisions in a supermarket or pharmacy happen in a few seconds at the shelf. A clear price, a short offer line and a flash of brand colour are often enough to move a product. POS signage is built for that moment. It is cheap to replace, light to handle and sized to fit standard shelving, so a promotion can roll out across many branches at once.
Bayan Signage prints and cuts retail POS material in our Ajman factory. We work from your artwork or design it for you, then produce shelf strips, wobblers, A-board inserts, gondola headers and price boards in matched sets. Each store kit can be packed and labelled by branch, which saves your merchandisers time when they arrive at a store in Dubai, Sharjah or Abu Dhabi.

Shaped cards on a flexible plastic arm that sway as shoppers pass. The movement catches the eye in a busy aisle without needing power.
Best for New launches and short promotions
Rigid boards with a fixed brand layout and space for changeable prices, either printed fresh each time or written on a dry-wipe or chalk surface.
Best for Butchers, bakeries, fruit and vegetable counters
Large printed panels fixed on top of or around the end of an aisle unit. They frame a bulk display and are read from further down the store.
Best for Brand takeovers and seasonal campaigns
Double-sided boards suspended from the ceiling grid on wire or hooks, marking a sale zone or a category from across the shop floor.
Best for Ramadan, back-to-school and sale events
Free-standing acrylic or board units near the checkout, holding a poster, leaflets or small impulse products.
Best for Checkout impulse buys and loyalty sign-ups

Shelf edge strips must match the depth of the price channel on your racking. Send us the channel height or a sample strip, and we cut to that size so nothing curls or falls out.
A shopper gives a shelf talker about two seconds. Use one offer, one price and one image. Put supporting details on a larger gondola header or a leaflet instead.
If the sign exists to sell an offer, the number should be readable from the middle of the aisle. Use a heavy weight for the digits and leave space around them.
Chillers, freezers and fresh counters get condensation, so use PP or PVC instead of card. Dry aisles can take card or foam board for short runs.
Design both languages at the same weight and size from the start. Squeezing Arabic into a layout built for English makes it look like an afterthought and harder to read.
Ask for kits sorted and labelled per store with a simple placement sheet. It cuts installation time and stops the wrong offer going up in the wrong branch.
Retail signage in the UAE is usually expected to show Arabic alongside English, and consumer protection rules generally require prices and offer terms to be clear. We confirm the current requirement for your emirate before print.
Sales and discount campaigns in Dubai typically need approval from the economic department before they run. Your store team usually handles this, but we can hold artwork until the permit reference is ready.
POS placed near glass shopfronts can face strong sun and heat. Card and thin foam board can warp there, so we suggest PVC or acrylic and UV-stable inks for those spots.
Ramadan, Eid, back-to-school and the Dubai Shopping Festival period bring short deadlines across many branches. Booking artwork early lets us print and pack all stores in one run.
You share the campaign, the products, the number of stores and the shelf or fixture sizes for each piece.
We adapt your design to each format in Arabic and English and send PDF proofs with exact cut sizes.
For a new format we print one sample so you can test it on a real shelf or gondola before the full run.
The full quantity is UV printed and digitally cut in our Ajman factory, with wobbler arms and hooks fitted.
Kits are sorted by branch, labelled and delivered across the UAE, or our team installs them in store.
A shelf talker is a flat card or strip that sits in or against the shelf edge, while a wobbler sticks out from the shelf on a flexible arm and moves when people walk past. Talkers suit everyday offers and product information. Wobblers grab attention for launches and short deals, but too many in one aisle can look cluttered, so use them sparingly.
Polypropylene is usually the best choice for chillers and freezers because it does not absorb moisture or go soft. It stays flat when condensation forms on the shelf. PVC sheet also works for longer-term strips. Paper card tends to curl and stain in cold, damp areas, so we avoid it for those locations.
Yes, we regularly print matched sets for multi-branch rollouts and pack them per store. You send a store list with quantities, and we label each kit with the branch name and a placement sheet. This works for supermarket chains, pharmacy groups and franchise outlets across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates.
The cost depends on the material, the size and shape of each piece, the print quantity and whether you need installation. Custom die shapes and wobbler arms add a little to each unit. Larger runs bring the unit cost down because set-up is shared. Send us your list and we will quote, usually within 24 hours.
We do both. If your brand team supplies print-ready files, we check sizes, bleed and cut lines and print them. If you only have a logo, product photos and an offer, our designers can lay out each format in Arabic and English and send proofs for your approval before anything goes to print.
Simple printed pieces like shelf strips and price cards can often be ready within a few working days of artwork approval. Larger multi-store kits with custom shapes take longer because of cutting and packing. Tell us your campaign launch date at the start, and we will plan production backwards from it.
