For sale and for rent boards
Printed panels for villas, shops and buildings, fixed to a wall, gate or balcony rail. Designed in a consistent agency template so batches can be reprinted quickly.
Brokers and landlordsFrom a single for-rent board to the full signage package for a sales centre, we produce property signs that look professional and stand up to the weather.
A typical project needs a development signboard on site, directional signs from main roads to the sales centre, branded signs at the sales centre or show home, and for-sale or for-rent boards on individual units. Agents also use portable open-house signs. Most outdoor signs need developer or municipality approval.
Property signage covers two very different jobs. Developers need large, long-life signs that announce a project and guide buyers to a sales centre. Brokers and landlords need smaller, quick-turnaround boards that show a unit is available. Both have to look credible, because a faded or crooked sign makes buyers wonder about the property behind it. Good boards also bring more calls, because the number is easy to read.
We handle both ends. For developers, we fabricate project boards, entrance features, flags and wayfinding to a show home or sales office. For agencies, we print branded boards in batches with space for a phone number or QR code, so the same design can go on many units. All work is produced in our Ajman factory and installed by our team across the Emirates.

Developers and off-plan launchesBuilding signs, 3D letters, reception logos and entrance features for a sales office or marketing suite, built to match the project's branding.
Sales offices and marketing suitesA set of matching arrow signs on posts or flags that leads buyers from the main road through the community to the show home or sales desk.
Communities with model unitsLightweight A-boards and stake signs that an agent can place for a viewing day and collect afterwards.
Weekend viewings and eventsSmall add-on strips fixed to an existing board to update it to sold, let, under offer or new price without replacing the whole sign.
Agencies managing many listingsAgree a single layout with colour, logo, phone and QR code positions. New boards can then be ordered by changing only the listing details, which keeps costs and turnaround down.
Buyers driving past remember a number, not a paragraph. Make the phone or WhatsApp number the largest item after the words For Sale or For Rent.
Drive the route from each main approach to the sales centre and mark every decision point. Each turn needs a sign, and the last one should be visible from the car park.
Development boards, flags and sales centre signs should use the same renders, colours and fonts as the marketing material so buyers recognise the project instantly.
Prices, unit availability and handover dates change. Use riders, replaceable panels or framed flex so you can update information without rebuilding the structure.

We design a master layout or full project signage set, with Arabic and English text and space for permit details.
For site boards and road signs, we prepare drawings and handle municipality or developer submissions where required.
Boards are printed and cut in batches, structures are fabricated and lit signs assembled in our Ajman factory.
We install project and directional signs, deliver agency boards, and supply riders or reprints as listings change.
In Dubai, property advertising is regulated, and agencies usually show their licence or permit details on marketing. We leave space for the identifiers your agency needs and you confirm the current requirement with your regulator.
Many communities and owners' associations restrict for-sale boards on villas and balconies. Check with the building or community management before installing, as non-approved boards may be removed.
Large site boards and directional signs near public roads typically need municipality approval, and RTA may be involved near main roads. Free-zone or master-developer sites follow their own process. We confirm the current requirement for your site.
Boards facing south or west fade fastest. UV-resistant print and a laminate keep them looking fresh for the life of the listing.
Most villa and shop boards are sized to be read from the road, often around 600 by 900 mm or larger, while balcony boards must be big enough to read from street level. We suggest a size based on how far away passers-by will be, and keep the phone number large.
It depends on your building. Many towers and communities ban or restrict balcony and window boards, and management may remove unapproved signs. Check with your owners' association or community management first. If boards are allowed, we make light panels that fix securely to the rail without damaging it.
Usually the agency name, a contact number and any licence or advertising permit details your regulator expects. In Dubai, property advertising rules are set by the authorities and can change, so confirm the current requirement with your regulator. We design the template with space for these details.
Yes. We produce site hoarding boards, project flags, directional signs, sales centre letters and reception features. Because design, fabrication and installation are all in-house, we can deliver the full set to one look and coordinate approvals with the developer and municipality. Signs can be phased, starting with the hoarding board at launch and adding wayfinding when the sales centre opens.
Yes. Once your agency template is approved, we print boards in batches and can change the listing details on each one. Ordering in batches usually lowers the cost per board. We also make sold, let and price-change riders so existing boards can be updated. Keeping a small stock of blank-branded boards also speeds up new listings.
Short-term boards on corrugated plastic suit listings of a few months. Composite panels with UV-resistant print and laminate last longer. Project boards on steel frames are built to stay up through construction. Placing boards out of direct afternoon sun also helps. We can advise on the right material once we know the listing period.
