Common questions about 3d letter signs
- Standard front-lit channel letters typically take 5–10 working days from approved artwork to ready for installation. Complex jobs or those requiring permit approval take 2–4 weeks total.
- Yes. Any external sign in Dubai requires a Dubai Municipality (DM) or relevant authority permit. We handle the full permit application process as part of our service.
- We fabricate letters from 100mm tall (small indoor signs) up to 2,500mm tall for tower and pylon applications. For very large letters above 1m, we engineer the mounting structure for wind load compliance.
- Yes. We powder-coat aluminium returns to any RAL or Pantone colour. Acrylic faces come in hundreds of cast colours. We recommend providing the exact Pantone reference for precise matching.
- We use Samsung or Epistar IP65-rated LED modules with a rated lifespan of 50,000 hours — over 11 years running 12 hours per day. All LED work is covered under our 5-year warranty.
- Yes. We install across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Travel surcharges may apply for Abu Dhabi and the Southern Emirates.
- Absolutely. We fabricate 3D signs in Arabic, English, and bilingual layouts. Arabic calligraphy and custom typefaces require a vector artwork file.
- We prefer AI (Adobe Illustrator) or EPS vector files with fonts outlined. PDF vector files also work. If you only have a JPEG or PNG logo, our design team can redraw it in vector for a small charge.
