All signs are fabricated in-house at our Ajman factory. We supply single replacement signs or complete site signage packages for roads, construction sites, industrial facilities, and public buildings.
Mandatory control signs fabricated to precise RTA geometric and colour specifications: Speed Limit, Stop, No Entry, No U-Turn, No Parking, Give Way, and One Way. All use High-Intensity Prismatic (HIP) Grade IV reflective sheeting as specified by the RTA. Round, octagonal, and rectangular formats in the correct RAL colours. Aluminium substrate, powder-coated reverse, UV-stable print face.
Signs that alert road users and workers to hazards ahead: Road Work Ahead, Slippery Surface, Pedestrian Crossing, Low Clearance, Uneven Road, and Men at Work. Standardised yellow/orange diamond shape with reflective black symbols per RTA and ISO 7010. For construction sites, we produce bilingual construction hazard boards on ACP panels covering multiple warnings in a single mounted system.
Signs that mandate a specific action — typically circular with a blue field and white symbol per ISO 7010: Helmet Required, Safety Footwear Mandatory, Hi-Vis Vest Required, Eye Protection, Ear Protection, Use Handrail, Keep Left, and Buckle Up. Produced as rigid aluminium plaques, ACP boards, or self-adhesive vinyl on acrylic — depending on the mounting surface and exposure conditions.
Signs that forbid an action — circular with a red border and diagonal bar per ISO 7010: No Smoking, No Photography, No Entry, Do Not Touch, No Mobile Phones, No Open Flame, and No Unauthorised Access. Available in aluminium, ACP, acrylic, or stainless steel face for reception areas and premium environments. No Smoking signs produced to DM municipality specifications.
Critical life-safety signs fabricated to Dubai Civil Defence specifications: Fire Exit, Fire Assembly Point, First Aid, Fire Extinguisher Location, Fire Hose Reel, and Emergency Telephone. These use the mandatory green-and-white colour scheme and DCD-approved pictograms. We supply standard printed aluminium, photoluminescent vinyl, and LED-illuminated signs with 3-hour battery backup for high-rise and critical facilities.
Comprehensive safety board systems for construction sites, industrial plants, oil & gas facilities, and warehouse operations. A single modular Safety Board on 4mm ACP consolidates multiple mandatory, warning, and prohibitory signs at the site entrance — the format required by DM. We also fabricate LOTO tags, equipment safety labels, and floor safety graphics in epoxy or anti-slip vinyl.

Common questions about traffic & safety signs
- The RTA specifies High-Intensity Prismatic (HIP) Grade IV reflective sheeting for all external road-facing signs governing vehicular movement — speed limits, stop signs, no entry, directional signs on roads. Engineering Grade (Type I) sheeting does not meet this specification, although it is widely used by non-specialist suppliers. For internal car park signs and pedestrian-only areas, Engineering Grade may be acceptable, but we recommend HIP as standard for all external applications.
- We supply DCD fire exit signs using DCD-approved pictograms from our licensed ISO 7010 symbol library, in the specified green-and-white colour values. For buildings requiring illuminated exit signs, we supply LED units with 3-hour lithium battery backup. Critically, we provide the material certification and battery backup performance documentation that the DCD inspector needs to sign off the building.
- Yes — Dubai Municipality requires all mandatory and regulatory signs in public-facing areas of Dubai to carry text in both Arabic and English. This includes No Smoking signs, mandatory PPE signs, restricted area signs, and construction site information boards. The Arabic text must meet minimum character height requirements and use correct Modern Standard Arabic.
- Using HIP Grade IV reflective sheeting on a heavy-gauge aluminium substrate with UV-protective laminate, we warrant the structural integrity and reflectivity performance of external regulatory signs for 5–7 years in UAE outdoor conditions. The aluminium substrate itself will outlast the reflective sheeting — in many cases 20+ years.
- Yes. Photoluminescent (glow-in-dark) vinyl is applied over an aluminium substrate. The material charges under normal ambient lighting and glows for a minimum 60 minutes in total darkness — sufficient for evacuation. DCD specifies a minimum luminance of 7 mcd/m² at 10 minutes dark adaption. Our photoluminescent sheeting exceeds this by a significant margin.
- Regulatory liability protection. In the event of an accident or incident where a safety sign was relevant, the first questions an authority or insurer will ask are: did the sign meet the applicable standard, and who fabricated it? A sign printed on paper, foam board, or standard vinyl does not meet RTA, DM, or DCD material specifications and provides no legal cover to the facility operator.

For urgent situations — particularly DCD fire exit signs that create an immediate compliance gap — we maintain same-day production capacity on request.
