Bayan Signage is the production arm of Bayan Advertising, which has operated in the UAE for 15 years. We are based in Industrial Area 2, Ajman, with a fully equipped factory that handles every stage of sign production — from the first design sketch through fabrication, authority approvals, and on-site installation.
Everything we make — from a single reception logo to a full construction hoarding for a development site — comes out of our own factory. We do not outsource fabrication to third-party workshops.

Clean, burn-free lettering and logo work in stainless steel, mild steel, acrylic, and wood. Ideal for fine detail and intricate design work in metal and acrylic.
Colour-accurate UV and solvent printing for vinyl wraps, mesh banners, hoarding graphics, canvas, and backlit films — up to 3.2m wide in a single pass.
In-house LED module assembly, driver wiring, and full illumination testing before dispatch. Every backlit sign is tested at full brightness — day and night simulation.
Galvanised steel frame fabrication for pylon signs, monolithic totems, and wall-mount structures. All metalwork is powder-coated for UAE climate resistance.

Our designers produce visuals for approval and recommend materials based on sign type, location, and UAE climate exposure. We specify what will hold up for 5+ years — not what's cheapest to fabricate.
Where required, we prepare the full submission package — site drawings, structural plans, Arabic compliance confirmation — and submit to Dubai Municipality, RTA, or the relevant authority. We follow up and collect the permit.
