Why cheap event banners look cheap at your event.
The most visible quality difference between an event signage order from a budget printer and one from Bayan is not the print resolution — modern large-format printers are broadly similar. It's the decisions made after the print leaves the machine: the laminate applied, the media used, the banner system quality, and whether non-glare film was specified.
An uncorrected roll-up banner at a press conference is a liability. A stage backdrop with glare under spotlights appears washed out in every photograph. These are decisions made at order specification, not at the print stage, and they cost nothing extra to get right.

Event signage is deadline-driven. We run wide-format UV printers and dye-sublimation fabric printing in-house, so there is no outsourcing step between artwork approval and production. If your artwork is approved by midday, your banners can be collected the next morning.

Common questions about promotional & event signage
- Most standard event signage — roll-up banners, A-frames, temporary boards, and poster prints — is ready within 24 hours of artwork approval. Pop-up stands, flags, and stage backdrops take 48 hours. Full exhibition booth graphic packages typically take 3–5 working days.
- Preferred formats: PDF (press-ready), AI (with fonts outlined), or EPS. Also accepted: high-resolution JPG or TIFF. Files should be in CMYK colour mode, not RGB. Resolution: 72dpi at 1:1 actual size, or 720dpi at 1:10 scale. Include a 5cm bleed on all sides.
- We supply graphics only — just send us the dimensions and substrate specification for your existing system. We produce graphics for OCTANORM, Maxima, Aluvision, and all standard modular exhibition stand systems.
- Dye-sublimation infuses colour into the fabric fibres at high temperature, producing photographic colour depth, no visible dot pattern, and a surface that is washable and foldable. Standard inkjet printing sits on the surface of the fibres, producing visible dots and a surface that fades when folded.
- Glossy laminate reflects overhead spotlights and photographic flash, producing bright white reflections that obscure the graphic in event photography. Matte (non-glare) laminate diffuses these reflections so the brand remains visible under any lighting condition. We apply it as standard.
- Yes — we deliver directly to your stand number at DWTC, ADNEC, and Expo City, co-ordinated with the show build-up schedule. We supply exhibitors across GITEX, Arab Health, Big 5, ADIPEC, and all major Dubai and Abu Dhabi trade shows.
- No minimum order. We produce single units and batches of 500+ to the same quality standard. For large-volume batch orders, we produce a physical colour proof on the production substrate for approval before the full batch is run.
- Standard widths: 85cm, 100cm, 120cm, 150cm, and 200cm. Standard height is 200cm for most cassette systems; some systems accommodate up to 220cm or 240cm height. Double-sided roll-up banners are also available.
