All printed and assembled in-house at our Ajman factory. We supply the graphic panel only, or the complete assembled stand with carry bag.
The everyday workhorse — a spring-loaded cassette base with a single-sided printed PET or PP panel that retracts into the base for storage and transport. Available from 85cm to 120cm wide and up to 200cm tall. Supplied with an aluminium support pole and carry bag. Perfect for exhibitions, reception areas, point-of-sale, and events.
Heavy-duty cassette bases with steel or anodised aluminium construction for long-term display or repeated use at multiple events. Double-sided models display two separate graphic panels — useful for retail environments where visitors approach from both directions. Wide base for improved stability on outdoor terraces and uncarpeted surfaces.
X-frame and L-frame banner stands offer a lower-cost alternative to cassette roll-ups for temporary or short-run use. The graphic panel is tensioned across an X or L-shaped frame rather than rolling into a cassette base. Lightweight and very portable. Wide-format roll-ups from 150cm to 200cm are used as large backdrop systems at exhibitions and conferences.
Outdoor-rated cassette stands with weighted bases and cross-feet for wind resistance — suitable for outdoor promotions, hotel entrances, restaurant terraces, and forecourt displays. The graphic panel is printed on a UV-stable substrate rated for 12–24 months outdoor exposure in UAE sun. Weighted ballast base keeps the banner stable in moderate wind.
Wide-format backdrop systems from 2m to 6m wide for media walls, press conferences, awards ceremonies, and brand activations. Printed on fabric or PVC, mounted on a straight or curved aluminium pop-up frame. The step-and-repeat logo layout ensures your brand appears in every photo taken in front of the backdrop, regardless of where subjects stand.
If you already own roll-up stands and only need the printed panel replaced, we print to fit any existing cassette system. Bring your stand to our Ajman showroom for measurement, or provide the cassette width and panel height dimensions. We cut the panel to the exact width, attach the top rail or leading edge, and test the retraction before dispatch. Panel-only turnaround 24 hours.

A roll-up banner has roughly three seconds to communicate its message to a passing visitor. Most fail because they are designed like a brochure — too much text, too small, assuming the viewer will stop and read.
The rules for effective roll-up design are simple but consistently ignored. We review every artwork file we receive and flag issues before printing — because a print error on a roll-up wastes the entire job, not just a single page.

Common questions about roll-up banners
- Our standard turnaround is 24 hours from artwork approval. Same-day printing is available for single-panel jobs with artwork confirmed before 9am — collect from our Ajman showroom or request express delivery. For bulk orders (10+ banners) we recommend 48 hours to allow for quality inspection of every unit before dispatch.
- For exhibitions and events in the UAE, 100cm wide × 200cm tall is the most common and practical format — it fits standard exhibition booth widths, is legible at 2–4 metres, and is available in all cassette types. For reception desks and clinic waiting areas, 85cm is more appropriate. For wide backdrop applications (media walls, stage branding) consider 150–200cm or a linked set of standard banners.
- Yes — our in-house design team can produce a roll-up layout from a brief, logo files, and content. Standard design for a single roll-up takes 2–4 hours and is charged at AED 100–200 depending on complexity. For clients ordering 5+ banners, design is often included at no charge. - Print-ready PDF with bleed is preferred. We also accept Adobe Illustrator (.ai) with all fonts outlined and linked images embedded, and high-resolution TIFF at actual print size. Files must be CMYK colour mode (not RGB) and at minimum 150 dpi at actual size (300 dpi preferred). We check every file before printing and will contact you if anything needs correction.
- Yes — we deliver to Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), Dubai Expo City, ADNEC in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah Expo Centre, and all major hotel venues in Dubai and the UAE. Delivery is via our logistics partner and is tracked — you receive a WhatsApp notification when dispatched. Delivery fee starts at AED 40 for central Dubai; exhibition venues and Abu Dhabi are charged at cost.
- Yes — if you already own cassette stands, we can print and supply replacement graphic panels only. Bring your stand to our Ajman showroom for measurement, or supply the cassette width and panel height. Panel-only pricing starts from AED 60 for a standard 85cm panel. We test the panel in the cassette before dispatch to confirm smooth retraction.
- Standard roll-up banners with PP film are designed for indoor use only. For outdoor use in Dubai, we recommend our outdoor-rated retractable banner stands with UV-stable PET film substrate and a weighted or cross-foot base for wind resistance. In UAE wind conditions (especially shamal season), no freestanding banner stand is suitable in exposed locations without a weighted base — even outdoor-rated models should be retrieved when wind speed exceeds 30 km/h.
- No minimum — we print single banners. One unit is a perfectly normal order and receives the same print quality and artwork check as a 50-unit bulk order. For bulk orders of 10+ banners we offer a 10% discount, and 20+ banners receive 15% off. Discounts apply to the print price; hardware and delivery are charged at standard rates.
