Brushed aluminium or stainless letters mounted 15–20mm off the wall on standoff fixings. LED strip behind each letter casts a soft halo glow on the wall. Elegant, premium, and the most popular choice for corporate reception areas.
3D aluminium or stainless steel letters with a brushed finish, direct-mounted flush to the wall. No illumination. Clean, professional, and works in brightly lit reception areas where LED is not needed.
Laser-cut acrylic letters or a routed acrylic panel, backlit or front-lit with LED. The entire letter face glows evenly. Available in any colour — brand-matched. Great for colourful logos and dark-walled receptions.
Vinyl cut or printed logo applied to glass office partitions, entrance doors, or frameless glass walls. Frosted or full-colour. A cost-effective option where 3D mounting is not possible.
High-gloss chrome or mirror-polished stainless letters on a contrasting panel. Bold, reflective, and attention-grabbing. Suits luxury brands, law firms, and financial services reception areas.
PVD gold or brass-finished stainless letters on a dark-coloured feature wall. A striking combination used in hotel lobbies, law offices, and premium healthcare receptions. Also available in rose gold.

Common questions about reception logo signs
- A good rule of thumb is the logo height should be roughly 10–15% of the wall height, and width no more than 60–70% of the wall width. For a standard 2.8m ceiling office wall, letters of 250–400mm tall usually look right. We produce a scaled mock-up during design so you can see exactly how it looks before we fabricate.
- We prefer a vector file (AI, EPS, or PDF) of your logo. If you only have a JPEG or PNG, our designers can redraw it in vector for a small charge. We'll also need your brand colour references — Pantone, CMYK, or RAL.
- Yes. We use specialist adhesive fixings for glass mounting — no drilling required. For heavy metal letters on frameless glass, we may recommend a backing plate to distribute the load safely. We assess this during the site visit.
- Halo-lit means the LED is behind solid metal letters, projecting a glow onto the wall surface — the letters themselves appear dark or metallic. Backlit means the LED illuminates through a translucent face, so the letter itself glows. Both use the same LED strip; the difference is in the letter construction and finish.
- A typical reception logo installation takes 2–4 hours. Larger installations with LED cabling routed through ceilings, or multiple walls, may take a full day. We schedule at a time that minimises disruption to your team.
- Yes — we cover all seven emirates. Sharjah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain are covered at no extra travel charge. Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah may have a small travel supplement depending on the job size.
- Yes. Send us a photo of the existing sign and we can match the font, finish, and dimensions. For exact colour matching, we may need to see the original in person or receive a physical sample.
- No minimum order. We fabricate single reception signs for small offices as well as multi-floor corporate rollouts. Quote is based on size, material, and quantity — every job is priced individually.
