Aluminium composite material panel covering the full shopfront fascia band. Brand name printed or cut-vinyl applied directly on the panel. Clean, flat profile — the most cost-effective fascia option.
Dimensional aluminium channel letters or cut-out letters mounted directly on the fascia panel or building wall. Front-lit, halo-lit, or non-illuminated. Letters project 50–100mm off the surface.
Full-face backlit fascia — acrylic or flex-face skin over an aluminium frame, LED-lit from within. Brand name, logo, and graphics glow evenly across the full fascia width.
Formed aluminium tray with a brushed or anodised finish — premium, architectural look. Often paired with 3D gold, chrome, or stainless letters.
Glass Reinforced Concrete or stone-effect ACM for a natural, architectural fascia finish. Paired with cut-out or 3D metal letters. Used on hotel entrances and premium retail.
Fascia panel combined with a perpendicular projecting blade sign — visible to pedestrians walking along the shopfront from the side. Both elements share the same brand graphics.

- Yes. All external fascia signs in Dubai require a Dubai Municipality sign permit. The permit application requires scaled sign drawings, your trade licence, and a landlord NOC. We handle the full application. Permit approval typically takes 2–4 weeks.
- Yes — this is standard for us. Share your tenancy agreement and sign manual and we design within the specified fascia height, projection, colour palette, and letter type from the first draft.
- A standard shopfront fascia (5–10m wide, ACM panel with 3D letters) takes 5–10 working days from approved artwork. Illuminated lightbox fascias with printed faces may take 10–14 days.
- Dubai Municipality sets maximum fascia sign heights based on building and unit type. For ground-floor retail, fascia sign height is typically limited to 400mm–1,000mm. Your landlord's sign manual will specify the exact permitted dimension.
- A typical shopfront fascia (5–10m wide) is installed in one day by our crew. Larger fascias or those requiring access equipment may take 1.5–2 days.
- Yes. We remove the old fascia, make good the fixing points on the building, and install the new sign in its place. If the existing steel frame is in good condition, we can often reuse it.
- Yes — we route a cable from your DB (distribution board) inside the unit through the wall to the fascia. This is standard practice and does not require external power infrastructure.
- A basic ACM flat panel fascia (5m wide, non-illuminated) starts from approximately AED 2,500–4,000. A 3D letter fascia ranges AED 5,000–12,000. An illuminated lightbox fascia typically ranges AED 6,000–18,000.
