What is a construction project signboard?
A construction project signboard is the main information board at a site entrance or boundary. It shows the project name and artwork together with the developer, consultant, main contractor and contact details, and it is usually built as a framed board with a printed or ACP face.
What information goes on a construction signboard in the UAE?
Typically the project name, plot or location details, and the names and logos of the developer, consultant and main contractor, often with a render and contact details. Exact content, layout and language are set by the authority, the developer or the consultant's drawing, so always work from their requirements.
Can you make signboards from our consultant's drawing?
Yes. Send the signboard drawing or specification and we build to it. Our team prepares shop drawings for your approval and flags any detail that cannot be built as drawn before production starts.
What are construction signboards made of?
Common builds are a steel or GI frame with a flex or PVC face, or ACP and aluminium panels for a rigid, flat finish. Safety signs often use aluminium or ACP with reflective or printed vinyl. We recommend the build that suits the board size, location and how long it must stay.
Do you supply site safety signs?

Do you only supply, or do you install as well?
Both. Our own team fabricates, delivers and installs, including footings and fixings for large boards where required, so you have one company responsible for the result.

Yes. Send your BOQ or signage schedule and we price each line. This works well for main contractors who need clear item rates, repeat orders and a quote that matches the tender documents.
Do large signboards need structural design for wind?
Large framed boards act like sails in strong wind, so the frame, footing and fixings must be designed for it. We advise on the build, and where an engineer's calculation is required for the project, your consultant or engineer provides it.
Do project signboards need approval?
