Aluminium A-boards
Folding two-sided frames with snap-open poster edges, so you can change posters in seconds. Light enough to carry, though they need a sheltered spot in strong wind.
Best for Cafés, salons and daily offers
Portable signs go out in the morning and come in at night. We make A-boards, swing signs and water-base stands that are easy to carry and stay upright on a windy day.
For pavements and shop entrances, a metal A-frame with a weighted base or a water-base swing sign usually works best in the UAE. Both handle wind better than light plastic stands. Choose aluminium or powder-coated steel frames and UV-resistant prints, and bring the sign inside or into shade when you can.
A portable sign is often the cheapest way to tell people you are open, what the offer is today, or where to park. Restaurants put them by the door, property agents set them on roadsides for open days, and car parks use them to close lanes. The catch is that these signs get knocked, dragged and blown about every day, so cheap stands rarely last long.
We supply frames in aluminium, powder-coated steel and rotomoulded plastic, then print the panels in our Ajman workshop. Panels can be fixed or changeable, so you can swap a poster or rewrite a chalkboard without buying a new stand. We also make custom-shaped boards cut on our CNC router for brands that want something different from a standard rectangle. Ask us for spare panels at the same time.

A plastic base filled with water or sand holds a sprung or swinging panel. The panel tilts in gusts and returns upright, which keeps it from tipping over.
Best for Windy forecourts and roadsides
Heavier powder-coated steel frames with printed composite panels. They resist knocks and theft better than aluminium but take more effort to move.
Best for Car parks and busy entrances
Wooden or metal frames with a writable black board, often branded with a printed header. Staff can change the message every day with chalk pens.
Best for Restaurants and coffee shops
Panels CNC-cut into a product shape, mascot or logo outline, mounted on a weighted base. They stand out from the usual rectangle on a crowded pavement.
Best for Brand activations and launches
Portable stands with arrows and venue information, made in sets so an event or open house can be signed from the road to the entrance.
Best for Open houses and short events
A shaded mall corridor and an open forecourt need very different stands. Exposed spots need a weighted base or a sprung panel. Indoor or covered areas can use lighter frames.
If the offer changes weekly, choose a snap frame or slide-in panel and print posters as needed. If it never changes, a fixed printed panel is tougher and looks cleaner.
People pass a pavement sign in a few seconds. Use one main message, a large headline and plenty of contrast. Leave detailed menus for the window or the counter.
If one staff member puts the sign out each morning, check it is light enough to lift and folds without pinching fingers. Water bases should be filled in place, not carried full.
Place the sign so wheelchairs, prams and people with sight loss can pass easily. Avoid putting it in the middle of a walkway or close to kerbs and steps.
Where will the sign stand most of the time?
Sheltered spots do not need heavy bases. A light aluminium A-board with snap frames lets staff change posters quickly and carry the sign in and out without effort.
On exposed ground, a filled base with a sprung or swinging panel stays upright in gusts. It is heavier, so fill it in place and leave it out during opening hours.
A powder-coated steel frame with a composite panel takes knocks from trolleys and car bumpers better than lighter stands, and is harder to walk off with.
A branded chalkboard lets staff write today's specials by hand. Pair it with a printed header carrying your logo so it still looks like part of your brand.
A set of shaped or arrow stands guides people from the road to the door and gets noticed. They pack flat for reuse at the next event.

Full sun bleaches cheap posters within weeks. We print with UV-resistant inks and can add a protective laminate. Storing the sign indoors overnight also extends its life.
Sudden gusts and sandstorms knock over light stands. Use weighted or sprung designs on exposed sites and bring signs in when strong wind is forecast.
Placing signs on public footpaths or roadsides may need permission from the municipality, and stands near roads can fall under RTA or local roads rules. Malls and communities set their own policies. We confirm the current requirement for your site.
A two-sided board can carry Arabic on one face and English on the other, or both together. We set the layout so each language is easy to read at walking distance.
Share where the sign will stand, how windy it gets and how often the message changes, so we can suggest the right stand.
We recommend a frame type and panel size, and show you samples or photos of stands we stock and fabricate.
Our designers set out your message for quick reading, in Arabic and English if needed, and send a proof for approval.
Panels are printed and laminated in Ajman, then fitted to the frames and checked for stability.
We deliver the finished signs and can print replacement posters or panels whenever your offer changes.
Use a stand with a weighted base or a sprung panel, and place it out of the strongest wind. Water-base swing signs are the most stable choice for open sites. For lighter A-boards, some models accept add-on weights or sandbags at the feet. In very strong wind or sandstorms it is safest to bring the sign inside.
A1 is the most common size for shop pavements, because it is easy to carry and read from a few metres. A0 suits wider forecourts or roadside use where people are further away. If you are unsure, we can show both sizes so you can judge the space at your entrance.
Yes, if you choose a snap-frame A-board. The frame edges flip open, you slide out the old poster and drop in the new one, then close the edges. It takes less than a minute. We can print replacement posters on paper or more durable synthetic material that resists moisture.
Often you do. Public footpaths and roadsides are usually controlled by the municipality, and some areas do not allow portable signs at all. Malls and communities set their own rules for tenants. We confirm the current requirement for your site so the sign is not removed or fined.
Any print fades eventually, but UV-resistant inks and a protective laminate slow it down a lot. Signs left in full sun every day will fade faster than those in shade or brought inside at night. Fixed composite panels usually last longer than paper posters. If your stand sits in full sun, a spare set of panels lets you rotate them and keep the front looking fresh.
Yes. We cut panels on our CNC router into almost any outline, such as a coffee cup, a product or a mascot, then print and mount them on a weighted base. Keep the shape bold and simple so it stays stable and readable. A wide base and low centre of gravity matter more for shaped boards, since odd outlines catch the wind in unexpected ways.
