Construction fence banners and hoarding signs in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman
We are a fence sign company that designs, prints and installs in-house. Mesh banners, hoarding graphics and site signs for construction sites, real estate plots and events, handled by one team from the first measurement to the last tie.
Why clients choose Bayan Signage for fence and hoarding work
We describe ourselves as a 360° branding and marketing powerhouse. On a fence job, that means we take responsibility for the whole result, not just the print.
One accountable team
Your designer, print operator, finishing technician and installer are all Bayan staff. There is no outside printer to blame and no installer to chase.
Approval-ready artwork
We prepare bilingual layouts, scaled elevations and site-photo mock-ups, the material developers and authorities ask to see.
Honest material advice
Open fence: mesh. Boarded hoarding: solid. Weak or very exposed fence: rigid boards or a new layout. We say so before anything is printed.
A branding mindset
Your fence, site signboards, LED signage and wayfinding can follow one design language instead of looking like four separate suppliers.
Close to the work
Our workshop is in Ajman, on the way to Sharjah and Dubai, so site visits and quick artwork revisions are practical.
Fixed quote in 24 hours
Send measurements and photos, or book a free site visit, and we come back with a clear written price and timeline.

Bayan expertise: what our team knows about fences
Fence graphics fail in predictable ways. This is the know-how we apply to avoid each one.
Artwork for long runs
We plan where logos, renders and text land across panels, gates and posts, so nothing is split by a seam or hidden behind a pole.
Reading the wind
Mesh openness, hem strength and fixing spacing are chosen for how exposed your site really is.
Fixing by fence type
Chain-link, modular panel, boarded hoarding and permanent fence each need a different method, and we use the right one.
Bilingual layout
English and Arabic balanced properly, with right-to-left text set correctly and readable from a moving car.
Approval paperwork
Elevations and in-situ mock-ups for every visible side, prepared the way approvers expect.
Multi-site consistency
For developers and contractors with several sites, we keep artwork, colours and finishing identical across all of them.
Capabilities: what we do in-house
From first brief to finished fence, each step is handled by our own team.
| Capability | What it covers | Handled by |
|---|---|---|
| Design and mock-ups | Artwork, bilingual layouts, scaled elevations, site-photo mock-ups | Bayan designers |
| Large-format printing | Mesh and solid PVC banners, printed hoarding panels | Bayan print operators |

| Rigid sign fabrication | Aluminium and ACP site boards, safety and information signs | Bayan workshop |

Fence and hoarding signs we make
Tell us what your fence is made of and who will see it. We will recommend the material and layout.

Construction fence banners
Project name, developer and contractor branding and renders along the perimeter, made to cover long runs consistently.
Mesh fence banners
Printed PVC mesh for open fences and exposed locations, where wind would tear a solid sheet.

Hoarding graphics and project boards
Solid printed panels and boards for boarded or framed hoardings.
Real estate and launch fence signs
"Coming soon" and sales-launch signs with renders, contact details and QR codes.

Event and temporary fence banners
Branded barriers for exhibitions, sports events and promotions, quick to fit and remove.

Safety and site information signs
Aluminium or ACP boards for notices, no-entry and site information on permanent fences.
Mesh vs solid PVC for fence banners
This is the choice that decides how long your banners last. Here is how we decide.
| Fence type | We usually recommend | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Open chain-link perimeter | PVC mesh banner | Wind passes through, so less strain on banner and fence |
| Temporary panel fencing | Mesh banner or lightweight board | Fast to fit and remove panel by panel |
| Boarded or solid hoarding | Solid PVC banner or printed panels | No gaps, so sharper print and flat fixing |
| Permanent boundary fence or wall | Aluminium or ACP board | Rigid and long-lasting for safety and directional signs |
Our rule is simple: open fence, mesh; boarded hoarding, solid; weak fence, rigid boards or a new layout. If your fence cannot take what you asked for, we tell you before we print.
Approvals and bilingual rules in the UAE
Fence graphics are advertising, and advertising usually needs permission. We help you arrive prepared.
- Advertising on a fence generally needs prior permission, from the municipality, a free zone authority or a master developer, depending on location
- Some developers publish fence guidelines, often asking for bilingual English and Arabic messaging
- Artwork and an in-situ mock-up may be needed for every visible side
- Structural and safety rules apply to the fence itself, not only the graphics
Requirements differ by emirate and developer, so always confirm with the authority or your client.
How we help
Our designer prepares what approvers ask to see.
- Scaled artwork for each fence side
- Mock-ups showing the banners on your site photos
- Bilingual layouts with Arabic and English balanced
- Revisions quickly turned if the developer or authority comments
How a project runs
Four steps, one team, no outside hand-offs.
- Measure and propose. We take your measurements or visit the site, then recommend material and layout.
- Design and proof. Our designer sets artwork to the exact fence size and sends a proof for approval.
- Print and finish. Printed on outdoor-grade material, then hemmed and fitted with eyelets.
- Install and check. Our crew fixes every banner and checks the whole run.

Questions about fence banners
Straight answers. If yours is missing, call or message us.
What are construction fence banners?
Construction fence banners are printed mesh or PVC sheets fixed to a site fence or hoarding. They carry the project name, developer and contractor branding, renders and safety messages, and they also act as a visual barrier that screens the site from the street.
What is the best banner material for a construction fence?
For open chain-link or panel fences, printed PVC mesh is the usual choice because wind passes through it. Solid PVC gives a sharper, brighter print and suits boarded hoardings with no gaps, but it catches far more wind. We recommend one after looking at your fence and location.
What size should fence banners be?
Banners should follow your fence. Temporary hoarding and fence systems often use modular panels, but panel sizes vary between suppliers and sites, so send us the measurements of each run or ask us to measure. We make banners to size, with continuous runs where the fence allows.
Do construction fence banners need approval in the UAE?
Often yes. Advertising on a fence generally needs prior permission, and the right authority depends on the location, for example the municipality, a free zone or a master developer. Some developers publish their own fence guidelines and ask for artwork and an in-situ mock-up for approval. We prepare mock-ups and artwork to support your application, and you should confirm requirements with the authority or developer.
Do fence banners have to be in Arabic and English?
Many authorities and master developers expect bilingual messaging, commonly English and Arabic, so it is wise to plan for it from the start. Tell us the project location and we will lay out the artwork in both languages.
How are banners fixed to the fence?
Each banner is finished with reinforced hems and eyelets, then fixed with ties or clips to suit the fence type. Fixing is done to be removable without damaging the fence. For permanent fences we use rigid boards with brackets or rivets.
How long do fence banners last in UAE sun and wind?
It depends on the material, the exposure and how well the banner is finished and fixed. Outdoor-grade mesh with UV-resistant inks and reinforced hems is made for long exposure. We will give you a realistic expectation for your site and project length.
How much do construction fence banners cost?
Price depends on total area, material, print quality, number of designs, finishing and whether installation is included. Send the length and height of your fence and your artwork, and we will give a fixed quote, usually within 24 hours.
What is the difference between a fence banner and a hoarding sign?
A fence banner is a flexible printed sheet or mesh tied onto an existing fence. A hoarding sign is usually a solid printed panel or board on a boarded or framed hoarding. Many projects use both, depending on the side of the site.
What should I send to get a fast quote?
Send the length and height of each fence run, the fence type, a few photos, your logo or artwork and the project location. If you are unsure of any of it, ask for a free site visit.
