Office Logo Wall Panels for Receptions in Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman

Bayan Signage builds complete office logo wall panels: the backdrop, the logo and the hidden frame that holds them, all made in our Ajman factory. We CNC-route and print the panels, plan every joint around your logo, and our crew hangs the finished wall on hidden cleats, with minimal disruption and without rebuilding the partition behind it.

Company Logo Wall Panels in the UAE

Office logo wall panels that fix the wall, then the logo

An office logo wall is a fabricated backdrop fixed over an existing partition, with your company logo mounted on top of it. Most UAE offices are handed over with white gypsum walls and a reception desk that lines up with nothing, and a logo fixed straight onto that surface often looks like an afterthought. A panel adds a controlled colour, texture or print first, and gives the letters a flat, solid base. It suits leased offices, free-zone suites, clinics and showrooms that want a finished reception without heavy construction.

The panels themselves are simple; the planning is where good and poor walls part company. ACP and acrylic sheets come in fixed widths, so a three-metre wall will have joints, and a joint running through the middle of a letter ruins the whole piece. Partitions are rarely plumb, sockets sit where the logo should go, and doors need their full swing. Our draftsmen draw the joints, cut-outs and backing battens first, then we CNC-route every panel in our Ajman factory so the wall goes up as drawn.

Bayan Signage has fabricated interior and exterior signage in Ajman since 2016, as the production arm of Bayan Advertising with 15 years in the UAE market. Because our designers, CNC operators, printers, metal fabricators and installers sit in one building, the panel and the logo are made to fit each other rather than ordered from two suppliers and adjusted on site. More than 500 clients across the UAE have worked with us, many of them coming back each time they open a new office.

Our process

How we build an office logo wall in our Ajman factory

  1. Survey at three heights

We measure the wall at floor, desk and ceiling height, check it for plumb, and map sockets, data points, access-control readers and door swings. The survey is free in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman.

  2. Panel layout drawing

Draftsmen set out sheet joints symmetrically around the logo, position battens where the logo studs will land, and mark every cut-out. You approve a scaled elevation with the logo in place.

  3. CNC routing and printing

Panels are routed on our CNC machines to ±0.1 mm, with folded returns on ACP edges. Printed panels go through our UV printers and are laminated where they will be touched.

  4. Logo fabrication and dry fit

The logo is made in the same factory, then laid on the finished panels in the workshop so stud holes, spacing and any wiring routes are checked before anything leaves.

  5. Inspection and packing

Each panel is checked against the drawing for size, colour and surface marks, numbered to its position and packed flat with protective film left on.

  6. Hanging and handover

Our crew fixes the cleats, shims out any wall bow, hangs the panels in order and fits the logo, then checks levels and joints with you before handover.

Expert advice

Advice from our fit-out drawing office

Most problems with logo walls are layout problems, and they are settled on the drawing, not on the day of installation. These are the points our draftsmen check on every brief.

Size the panel to the desk, not the logo

A good starting point is a panel 300 to 600 mm wider than the reception desk on each side, running from skirting to the ceiling or to a clean line at about 2.4 to 2.7 m. The logo then takes roughly a third to half of the panel width, with its centre around 1.6 to 1.9 m from the floor so it clears the heads of staff sitting at the desk.

Plan the joints before the colour

ACP and acrylic sheets are usually 1,220 or 1,500 mm wide, so a three-metre wall needs at least two joints. We set them symmetrically either side of the logo, never through a letter, and sometimes add a deliberate vertical groove so the joints look like part of the design. Clients rarely ask about joints at the brief stage; they always notice them afterwards.

Choose matt if you will be on camera

Many receptions now double as the backdrop for video calls and social media photos. Gloss panels and mirror letters bounce downlights straight into the lens and show every fingerprint. A matt or satin panel with a brushed or painted logo photographs cleanly from any angle, and it hides the small marks that build up behind a busy front desk.

Count the depth at the doors

A panel adds 20 to 60 mm to the wall. Beside a door that opens back against the wall, or in a corridor already at its minimum width, that matters. We check door swings and clearances on the survey and step the panel back or stop it short where needed, rather than discovering on site that a door no longer opens fully.

Keep the sockets, lose the clutter

Reception walls usually carry a socket, a data point, a thermostat and an access-control reader somewhere near the logo. We either cut neat openings for them in the panel or move them behind a removable section. Tell us which ones must stay visible; the rest can usually disappear into the service void.

Pricing

Office logo wall price in Dubai: what affects the cost

We price each wall from its drawing, so there is no standard rate per square metre. Send us the wall width and height, a photo, your logo and any finish you have in mind, and you will usually receive an itemised quote within 24 hours.

Panel area and joints

Cost follows the square metres of panel and the number of joints and trims. Walls above about 2.7 m also need longer battens and a tower to install.

Skin and finish

Standard ACP colours are the most economical. Wood or stone-effect sheet, printed panels and back-printed acrylic add material and production time.

Fire-rated materials

Rated-core ACP costs more than standard sheet, so we confirm early whether your building requires it rather than pricing it by default.

The logo itself

A painted aluminium or acrylic logo is far cheaper than gold stainless or a halo-lit logo, which also needs wiring through the panel.

Cut-outs and integration

Openings for screens, sockets, readers or shelves add drawing time, CNC routing and coordination with your electrician.

Wall condition and timing

Walls badly out of plumb need packing or a sub-frame, and occupied offices often want installation at night or at the weekend.

Approvals

Fit-out approvals for an office logo wall

A logo wall inside your own suite does not usually need a municipality permit, but building management normally treats it as part of the fit-out. Towers and free zones in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah often ask for an elevation drawing, material data sheets and the fire classification of the panel core, and some want a method statement before any drilling. Larger fit-outs may also be checked against Civil Defence requirements for interior finishes.

Our draftsmen prepare the drawing pack, and we specify fire-rated core sheet where the building or your fit-out consultant asks for it. We then book the installation within the building's permit-to-work hours. Rules differ between landlords and free zones and change over time, so we confirm the current requirement for your building before ordering material.

Why Bayan Signage

Why businesses choose Bayan Signage for an office logo wall

Panel and logo from one factory

We route, print and fabricate both the backdrop and the logo in Ajman, so they are made to fit each other and dry-fitted before delivery.

Joints drawn, not improvised

Our draftsmen set out every joint, batten and cut-out on a scaled elevation that you approve before production starts.

Fast, clean installation

Panels arrive numbered and hang on cleats, so the wall goes up quickly and with minimal dust, even in a working office.

Built to come down again

Cleat fixings mean the wall can be removed at the end of a lease with only fixing holes to fill, and often moved to your next office.

Clear, itemised pricing

Panels, logo, cut-outs and installation are priced on separate lines, usually within 24 hours, so you can see where the money goes.

FAQ

Company Logo Wall Panels questions we are asked most

How much does an office logo wall cost in Dubai?

It depends on the panel area, the finish, the logo and how much integration the wall needs. A plain ACP panel with painted aluminium letters costs far less than a full-height printed wall with a halo-lit stainless logo and a screen cut-out. Send us the wall size, a photo and your logo, and we will send an itemised quote, usually within 24 hours.

How long does it take to make and install a logo wall?

It depends on the panel finish, the logo construction and access to your office, so we give you a realistic schedule with the quote and confirm the programme once the drawing is approved. Because panels arrive numbered and hang on cleats, time on site is short. Landlord approval, if your building requires it, runs alongside production rather than adding to it in most cases.

Can the logo wall be removed when our lease ends?

Yes. Panels hang on aluminium cleats screwed to the wall, so they lift off and leave only fixing holes to fill and paint. If your next office has a similar wall width, the panels and logo can often be reused, with new cleats and minor trimming. Our sign removal and relocation team handles the move.

Is a logo wall panel better than wallpaper or printed wall graphics?

They solve different problems. Printed wallpaper or vinyl is cheaper and suits large areas of graphics, but it follows every crack and bump in the wall and gives a logo nothing solid to fix into. A panel creates a new flat surface, hides cables and carries a heavy 3D logo. Many receptions use a panel behind the desk and wall graphics elsewhere.

Can you build a TV screen or lighting into the panel?

Yes. We add a plywood pad behind the panel for the screen bracket, cut the opening on our CNC router and leave a service void for cables and drivers. Your electrician or ours connects the power. Tell us the exact screen model at the brief stage, because bezel sizes vary and the cut-out must match.

What if our office wall is uneven or out of plumb?

That is normal, and the panel system is designed for it. We measure the wall at several heights and pack the cleats with shims, which absorbs a bow of around 5 to 10 mm. Walls that are worse than that get a light aluminium sub-frame, so the finished panel is flat even when the partition behind it is not.

Can the logo on the panel be bilingual?

Yes. We set Arabic and English as one composition so neither looks like an afterthought, and the backing battens are placed for both lines of letters. We check the Arabic spelling against your trade licence, which matters if building management or a free-zone authority reviews the reception design.

Do you install logo walls outside Dubai?

Yes. Our crews install across all seven emirates from our factory in Ajman, including Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. The site survey is free in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and for other emirates we can often work from your floor plan and photos before a single combined survey and installation visit.
