Office Wall Branding in the UAE

Office wall branding, planned as one scheme

Office wall branding treats the walls of a workplace as surfaces with different jobs. The reception wall tells visitors who you are; corridors carry the company story, timeline or values; meeting rooms get names or themes; work areas get calm, branded backgrounds. It is most valuable when a company moves into a new office in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, refreshes an older floor, or brings teams together after growth, and it suits startups in free-zone towers as much as regional headquarters.

Branding fails when it arrives piece by piece. One department orders wall stickers, another commissions a mural, reception gets a third style, and within a year the office looks cluttered. It also fails when it ignores the fit-out: graphics end up behind cabinets or cut around a late socket, or a heavy logo is fixed to gypsum with no backing. We start with a marked-up floor plan that ranks every wall as primary, secondary or plain, then design and coordinate from that.

Bayan Signage has run its Ajman factory since 2016 as the production arm of Bayan Advertising, which has worked in the UAE for 15 years. CNC routing and laser cutting for acrylic and metal logos, large-format printing for wallpaper and decals, LED assembly for backlit pieces, and installation are all in-house, with one project manager from brief to handover. More than 500 clients across the UAE, including national retail groups and international brands, trust us with their premises.

Our process

How we deliver office wall branding from our Ajman factory

  1. Walk-through and branding map

We walk the floor with your plans, mark which walls are seen from the entrance, lifts and main routes, and rank each one as primary, secondary or plain. The survey is free in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman.

  2. Concept and content

Our designers propose media and layouts for each wall from your brand guidelines, develop timelines, values or patterns with you, and show every wall as a scaled visual on photos of your floor.

  3. Fit-out coordination

Our draftsmen issue fixing positions, backing plate locations and power points for lit logos to your fit-out contractor, before partitions are closed and walls painted.

  4. In-house fabrication

Logos are CNC-routed or laser-cut, backlit pieces are wired and light-tested, wallpaper and decals are printed and cut, and every item is checked against the approved drawings.

  5. Sequenced installation

We fit dimensional logos and panels first, then wallpaper and wall vinyl, then glass films and details, working in phases or after hours in occupied offices.

  6. Walk-through and handover

We walk each area with you, adjust any details, and hand over care guidance together with the artwork files for future updates and new floors.

Expert advice

Advice from our interiors team

Office branding budgets go furthest when they are planned before the fit-out ends. These are the points we raise at the first walk-through.

Spend most where visitors wait

Put the strongest piece opposite reception seating, where visitors spend several minutes looking at one wall. A dimensional or halo-lit logo there does more for the company than the same money spread across ten small graphics. We usually give the largest share of the budget to the reception wall, a moderate share to the main corridor, and keep work areas deliberately simple.

Leave some walls plain

Covering every surface with graphics makes an office feel busy and tiring, and staff soon stop noticing any of it. One strong feature per area, with calm walls in between, creates more impact and is easier to maintain. On our branding maps, a good number of walls are marked plain on purpose, and those are the walls that let the feature walls stand out.

Plan backing before the partitions close

Gypsum partitions need plywood or metal backing where heavy letters, acrylic panels or screens will hang. Once the walls are boarded and painted, adding backing means cutting and patching. We issue fixing and backing positions to your fit-out contractor during the partition stage, along with any power points for illuminated logos, so nothing has to be improvised later.

Check the furniture layout first

On most floors, desks, storage or screens sit against at least one wall. If graphics are designed before the furniture layout is final, key messages end up hidden behind cabinets. We work from the furniture plan, use the upper part of walls that will have storage below, and turn to columns and glass when solid walls are blocked.

Agree a one-page interior brand guide

Brand guidelines are written for print and screens, not for walls. Before production we agree a single page covering the typefaces, colours, materials and Arabic font for the office, with sizes for logos and text. It keeps every wall consistent, and when you add a new value or open a new floor two years later, the update fits the original scheme instead of looking bolted on.

Pricing

Office wall branding price in Dubai: what affects the cost

Office branding is quoted from the branding map and drawings. Send us your floor plan, brand guidelines, photos of the space and your fit-out programme, and we return an itemised quote, usually within 24 hours for a defined scope.

Number of walls and areas

Branding a reception wall is a very different job from a whole floor. Each additional wall adds design time, production and installation, even when it uses the same media.

Mix of materials

Printed wallpaper and vinyl are economical per square metre. Dimensional letters, illuminated logos and custom panels add material, fabrication and installation cost.

Design and content development

Developing values, timelines and stories with copy, photography and internal approvals takes time. Finished brand assets and text reduce design hours.

Fit-out coordination

Working alongside fit-out contractors, electricians and furniture installers needs scheduling and extra site visits, and late layout changes can mean relocating graphics.

Access and working hours

High walls, atriums and occupied offices may need towers, floor protection and after-hours work, and tower rules can limit delivery times.

Approvals and reinstatement

Building fit-out approvals and a reinstatement plan for the end of the lease add drafting time but avoid costly repairs later.

Approvals

Office wall branding approvals in towers and free zones

Most commercial towers and free zones, including DMCC, JAFZA, TECOM and Abu Dhabi free zones, require tenant fit-out approval for works that involve wall fixings, illuminated signs or changes to partitions. Our draftsmen prepare the drawings and specifications for branding elements, including fixing details and electrical points for lit logos, and submit them with your fit-out package. Requirements vary by building, so we confirm them for your office.

Leases usually require tenants to return walls and glass to their original condition. Removable glass films, wallpaper hung on primed walls and fixings planned on a recorded layout make reinstatement simpler and cheaper. Where wall graphics sit near fire alarm points, extinguishers or exit signs, we keep them clear so safety signage stays visible and compliant with Dubai Civil Defence requirements.

FAQ

Office Wall Branding questions we are asked most

How much does office wall branding cost in Dubai?

It depends on the number of walls, the mix of media, the design and content work, and how the job fits your fit-out programme. A reception logo and one printed wall is a modest project; a full floor with lit logos, timelines and branded glass costs more. Send your floor plan, brand guidelines and photos for an itemised quote, usually within 24 hours.

How long does office wall branding take?

It depends on scope, and the programme is confirmed with your quote. A single reception wall is a compact job of design, fabrication and one installation visit. A full floor usually runs alongside the fit-out, with design, approvals and fabrication overlapping so branding is ready when the contractor hands over each area. We give you a realistic schedule with the quote rather than an optimistic one.

When should we bring in an office branding company?

Ideally during the fit-out design, before partitions are closed and walls painted. That lets us plan backing for heavy logos, power for lit pieces and positions clear of furniture. We can still brand a finished office, but some fixings and cable routes become harder and more disruptive.

Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?

Yes. We build from your logo files, typefaces and colours, and agree a short interior brand guide covering materials, sizes and the Arabic font. If you have no guidelines, our designers can propose a consistent system for the office based on your logo.

Will wall branding damage our walls when we move out?

It should not, if it is planned for reinstatement. We use removable films on glass, prime walls before wallpaper so it strips cleanly, and record fixing positions so holes can be filled and painted. Heavy logos leave small fixing holes that are straightforward to repair.

What is the difference between office wall branding and wall stickers?

Wall stickers are one medium; office wall branding is a planned scheme that may use stickers alongside wallpaper, 3D logos, acrylic panels and glass films. A scheme keeps every wall consistent and focuses the budget on the walls that matter, rather than adding unrelated graphics over time.

Can you brand our office in Arabic and English?

Yes. Many companies show both names and their values in both languages. We size and position the two scripts together, check the Arabic with a fluent reader, and give it equal visual weight where required.

Do you work on offices outside Dubai?

Yes. We plan, make and install office branding across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and the other emirates. The site survey is free in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and for companies with several offices we roll out one scheme across every location.
