Gate Number Signs in the UAEGate number signs drivers can read before they commit
A gate number sign identifies an individual entrance to a site so that a driver, courier, contractor or emergency crew can match an instruction such as Gate 3 to the opening in front of them, often on their first visit and often after dark. Warehouses and logistics parks, free-zone plots, container yards, factory truck gates, mall service yards and numbered gates at bus terminals all need them. The job is narrow and the stakes are practical: a truck at the wrong gate blocks a lane, misses a slot and wastes a shift.
The number is the hero. A large, bold numeral in high contrast, mounted where it faces the approaching driver and above the height of parked trailers, does more than any descriptive text. Where we see gate signs fail, the number is too small to read until the barrier, the panel faces the gate rather than the road, or the sign relies on yard floodlights that never light it properly. Our factory builds lightboxes and reflective panels sized from the approach distance and speed, not from the gatehouse wall.
Bayan Signage is the production arm of Bayan Advertising, which has worked in the UAE for 15 years, and our factory at Alam Square, Industrial Area 2, Ajman has made signs since 2016. On logistics sites one team handles the whole package: draftsmen for free-zone and landlord drawings, fabricators for aluminium, ACP and galvanised steel pylons, electricians for LED illumination and photocells, and installation crews with boom lifts who work around live operations.
