Aluminium Signs in the UAEAluminium signs that stay flat, light and rust-free
Aluminium signs are made from solid aluminium sheet, usually 2 to 3 mm, cut to shape, folded into trays with returns, and finished with powder coat, anodising or printed graphics. They are different from aluminium composite panel, which is two thin skins around a plastic or mineral core. Solid aluminium is behind most community entrance signs, building information panels, car park signs and many shaped logo signs in Dubai, and it suits developers, facility managers, schools and retailers who need a permanent outdoor sign.
What separates a good aluminium sign from a poor one is mostly structural. Sheet that is too thin ripples in July sun, raw edges look cheap and collect dust, aluminium bolted straight onto mild steel corrodes at the contact point, and dark standard powder fades fast on a west wall. In our Ajman factory we size sheet thickness to the panel, fold returns instead of leaving raw edges, add rear stiffeners on large panels, specify marine-grade alloy near the sea and isolate every steel fixing.
Bayan Signage has fabricated signs at Alam Square, Industrial Area 2, Ajman, since 2016 as the production arm of Bayan Advertising, with 15 years in the UAE. CNC routing, laser cutting, powder coating, LED assembly and installation all happen under one roof, and our draftsmen prepare the drawings for municipality and free-zone approval, so one team carries an aluminium sign from survey to handover.
