Aluminium 3D Letters in the UAEAluminium 3D letters for big, coloured, long-life signs
Aluminium 3D letters are sign letters made from aluminium sheet folded into hollow boxes, or cut from solid plate, then powder-coated in the brand colour. Aluminium weighs roughly a third of steel and does not rust, so a letter over a metre tall can still be carried by two people and fixed to cladding with modest structure. They are the workhorse for showrooms, warehouses, retail parks, schools, factory names along Emirates Road and rooftop letters across the UAE.
On day one, every powder-coated letter looks the same. The difference appears in the third summer, when cheap powder chalks and fades, poorly pretreated faces peel, and stainless bolts tightened straight onto aluminium leave white corrosion blistering under the paint. Because we route, fold, weld and powder-coat in our own factory at Alam Square, Industrial Area 2, Ajman, we control the pretreatment, the powder grade and the isolation of every fixing.
Bayan Signage is the production arm of Bayan Advertising, which has worked in the UAE market for 15 years, and our Ajman factory has fabricated aluminium signage since 2016. Large facade and rooftop letters also need steel frames, and those are welded in the same building. Our project manager coordinates the letters, the frame, the authority drawings and the lift on installation day, so you deal with one contact throughout.
