FAQGrand Opening Signs questions we are asked most
How much does grand opening signage cost in Dubai?
It depends on the hoarding size, the number of pieces, materials, installation access and approvals, plus the permanent sign, which is usually the largest item. A window graphic and one banner cost far less than a full mall hoarding package. Send your dates and frontage photos, and we will usually send an itemised quote within 24 hours.
When should coming soon signage go up?
Coming soon graphics typically go up four to twelve weeks before opening, as soon as the hoarding or shopfront is available. Earlier is better for building anticipation and collecting enquiries. In malls, hoarding graphics usually go up when fit-out starts, after the mall has reviewed the artwork.
Do I need a permit for a grand opening banner?
Banners visible from public roads often need temporary permits from the municipality or free-zone authority, and in malls banners and hoarding graphics need mall approval. Requirements vary by location and landlord, so we confirm the current requirement for your site and include it in the opening schedule.
How long can a grand opening banner stay up?
Most should come down within a month of opening. Longer than that, a banner starts to look tired and may breach landlord or permit conditions. Plan the removal date in advance and make sure the permanent sign is ready, so the shopfront looks settled once the opening period ends.
Can the permanent sign be ready for opening day?
Yes, if it is ordered early. Permanent signs need design, approvals and fabrication, and the approval stage is usually the longest; we give you a realistic schedule with the quote. Ordering at the same time as the coming soon graphics gives the best chance of installation before opening, with temporary signage as a short bridge only if needed.
What should a coming soon graphic include?
Keep it simple: the logo, a short message such as coming soon, and a QR code or social handle. Add an opening date only when it is certain. Hiring notices can work well too, but avoid crowding the hoarding with long lists of services that nobody reads while walking past.
Can you handle all our opening signage together?
Yes. We design, print, fabricate and install coming soon graphics, window vinyl, banners, flags, opening-day pieces and the permanent sign, and handle approvals. One team keeps the look consistent and the timeline coordinated, so each stage hands over to the next without gaps.
Do you handle openings outside Dubai?
Yes. We install across all seven emirates from our factory in Ajman, including mall night installations in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. The site survey is free in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and multi-branch rollouts get one project manager for every location.
